IMC Technologies is a projectized organization. Therefore, we form several project teams to operate. Experience and best practices have shown us that the best way to organize and monitor project teams' effectiveness is by running a Project Management Office (PMO). Our PMO focuses on the coordinated planning, prioritization, controlling and execution of projects. PMO's responsibilities range from providing project management support functions in the form of training, software, standardized policies and procedures, to actual direct management and responsibility for achieving projects' objectives.
Project Management expertise is critical for organizations like ours aiming at quality delivery and compliance with customer needs and expectations. Our Project Management methodology is based on project management principles of the widely accepted, industry standard methodology set by PMI® (Project Management Institute) and aims at ensuring the successful completion of quality projects. Projects are carried out in an environment where each one of us, inside project teams, keeps oneself aligned with the guidelines set in detail within PMBOK® Guide. Our Project Managers are trained on a regular basis and they are certified with PMP® (Project Management Professional) certification. PMP® is the most intensive certification available, offered by PMI®, and demonstrates advanced knowledge of and experience with Project Management concepts.
IMC Technologies is further certified and operates since September 2007 according to the ISO 9001:2000 standards in designing and developing Information Systems. The PMBOK® approach and ISO standards are fully compatible and their combination provides robust guidelines and techniques adaptable to all project situations, which lead to high quality project delivery.
